SUMMARY:2022 Spring Micro Registration
DESCRIPTION:Participants in the SWSA Spring Micro program will be divided into the following groups: U4 First Touch\, U5\, U6\, and U7/U8 based on birth year. SUMMARY:Deptford Micro Tournament Fall 2021
DESCRIPTION:Registration Information:\n\nYour child MUST be registered for the SWSA Fall 2021 season in order to participate.  No other children will be accepted to play for SWSA regardless of any past participation.\nIn order for a coach to be eligible they must be a SWSA coach for the Fall 2021 season.\n\nDepending on the amount of coaches interested there are NO guarantees that all coaches will be chosen to coach.\n\n\nRegistration will open on Friday\, September 17th at noon.\n\nRegistration will close on Sunday\, September 19th at 11:59pm.  Don’t delay if you are looking to register!\nNo late registrations will be accepted unless there are openings on a team.\n\n\nBy completing this registration it DOES NOT guarantee your child a roster spot.\n\nThis form is to only gauge interest and to look at the best way for creating teams based on either:\n\nboy’s & girl’s teams separate or coed.\nU6 & U7 combined age group or as separate age groups.\nUltimately\, the roster(s) will be filled on a first come first serve basis\, based on the date/time you register.\nPayment registration will be sent in a follow up email next week and must be made immediately to secure your spot.\n\n\n\n\n\nTournament Information:\n\nDeptford Fall Fest Tournament will take place on October 9th and 10th. (and potentially 1 night game on Friday\, October 8th)\n3 games guaranteed: (25 minute halves)\nPlayed on a much larger field (60 yards x 40 yards)\nPlayed 7v7 with a goalie\nPlayers receive a trophy to commemorate their 1st tournament\nWill be approximately $25-$35 per player (includes: tournament registration\, game jersey\, socks\, patches)\nOnly children with a birth year of 2015 or 2016 are eligible.\nAll games will be in Deptford\n\n1002 Cattell Road Deptford\, NJ 08090\n\n\nAffected micro games may be rescheduled based on how many children enter the tournament.\n\nWhat is the “Futures” Deptford Fall Fest Tournament?\n\nThe Futures age groups were added to the Deptford tournament in order to give the U6 & U7 age groups a travel-like experience against children from other towns.\nLast year was the inaugural version of the Futures addition to the Deptford tournament and it was a lot of fun for the 2 teams that SWSA had participate.\nREMEMBER THIS IS A FUN TOURNAMENT FOR THE CHILDREN TO SEE WHAT TRAVELING IS LIKE.  All coaches\, parents\, and players are expected to follow the SWSA parent conduct policy\, which is on page 24 of our current handbook.\n\nPlease only register if your child can make the tournament!  It is a lot to coordinate in a short period of time. \nRegister U6-U7 (2016-2015)

DESCRIPTION:Participants in the SWSA Spring Micro program will be divided into the following groups: U4 First Touch\, U5\, U6\, and U7/U8 based on birth year. DESCRIPTION:At the beginning of all board meetings\, if there are any public in attendance there is an open forum for the first 30 minutes of the session. This 30-minute session is designed for any comments/issues/questions to be asked by the public. \nAfter 30 minutes\, the open public session is closed\, and the remaining portion of the board meeting is for board members only. The board reserves the right to limit time for any individual to ensure all public participants get a chance to speak as well as to ensure the meeting stays on track. \nAnyone who wishes to come to come to a board meeting must do so either verbally to a board member and/or through the SWSA contact page at: https://www.swsasoccer.org/contact/. The board asks that the specific topic(s) to be discussed are disclosed in advance with as much detail as possible so research and preparation can be made\, if necessary. \nThe person requesting to come to the meeting must give notice at least 10 days prior to the meeting in order to attend the next board meeting.
