SWSA is looking for additional volunteer board members for the upcoming 3 year term which runs from January 2027 – December 2029. Additional information is listed below and if a potential nominee would like further information on any specific role or board duties, please email info@swsasoccer.org.
The voting is held by current SWSA board members and occurs at the November board meeting which is on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
All of the listed board positions that SWSA currently has available are listed below. Nominees are allowed to submit their name for 1 or more role(s) below. If a position has one or more nominee than a vote will take place for that position.
If a role remains vacant it can be filled by a board member who already has another role or that role can be opened to the public at a later date.
Board meetings during the season currently start at 9:15 pm and during the off-season the meetings currently start at 8 pm. Meetings are either on Mondays or Thursdays, typically during the first full week in a month. The meetings typically last anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. *Dates and times are subject to change based on board decision.
